If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, we will refund your purchase.

How It Works:

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date your product is delivered.

If within this 30-day period you feel Zenelle isn't right for you for any reason, simply email us at hello@tryzenelle.com with the following information:

  1. Your Full Name

  2. Your Order Number

  3. The reason you are requesting a refund (We truly value your feedback to help us improve!)

Guarantee Details:

  • We will refund 100% of the product price you paid.

  • Please note: Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • No Return Necessary: You don't have to go through the hassle of sending the product back to us. You can keep it. This is our way of ensuring this is a completely risk-free experience for you.

  • This guarantee applies only to your first-time order and is limited to one (1) pouch per customer. This policy does not apply to re-orders or subscription purchases.

Refund Processing Time:

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please double-check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@tryzenelle.com.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. We believe our "no-return-necessary" refund policy is the simplest and best solution for our customers.
